Financial Services & Tech Delivering business benefits and releasing value from technology innovation has been at the heart of Chris’ career. Chris spent half of his career at financial services firms such as Citigroup, AXA, ABN AMRO, M&G and UBS, and the other half at software and enterprise data firms such as Misys (now Finastra), Thomson Reuters and MetricStream.
Chris is has written many articles on LinkedIn, exploring how responsible use of technologies can benefit businesses, customers, consumers, and society. The digital supply chain is ripe for disruption, driven by the need to trust. To promote and enable responsible digital innovation, Chris argues that a robust AI Ethics and Governance framework and capabilities operationalised as part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance ecosystem is needed to build an infrastructure of trust within a supply chain.
On LinkedIn, Chris has given many examples of digital supply chain risks, such as cybersecurity and data privacy. However, what are the blind spots in a supply chain that could lead to major ethical issues? How can we assess these risks and avoid them?
